Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise IT projects involving systems analysis, design, development, and testing. This role calls for a tech-savvy problem solver with strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and document project tasks and milestones

Align software solutions with organizational objectives

Lead project status meetings and maintain stakeholder communication

Support software design, testing, and deployment

Contribute to enterprise application development

Collaborate on issue resolution and process optimization

Maintain documentation and coding standards

Keep pace with industry trends and suggest improvements

Ensure compliance with IT regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity

Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities

Travel occasionally as needed

Qualifications

• Strong background in systems analysis, enterprise software, and project coordination

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks

• Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional teamwork

• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
