Qualifications

• Mid or Senior Level Business Systems Analyst within SDLC environments

• Strong experience working with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Strong experience in writing and refining user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile teams

• Solid proficiency in SQL

• Proven track record of working directly with developers, QA testers, and business users on a daily basis

• Experience supporting data-driven projects and understanding of how data flows between systems

• Strong skills in business process mapping using Visio or similar tools

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on clarity and completeness in documentation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in video calls and virtual working sessions

• Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple tasks or priorities

• Experience in UAT testing and working with stakeholders to confirm solution accuracy

• Ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and ask the right questions to uncover hidden requirements

• Known for being calm under pressure, responsive, and collaborative
