Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:

• 15 years of:

• Creating ETL processes, transporting, aggregating large data sets between systems

• Experience in SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling

• 10 years of:

• Experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Java

• XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript and JQuery

• Experience mid-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC

• 2 years of:

• Experience with Texas state agencies

• Preferred:

• 2 years of:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI and PowerApps

• Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, Confluence

• Scrum/Agile methodologies
