Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Developer Workspace Engineer to design, build, and support modern developer workspaces and tooling. This role combines software development, developer productivity engineering, and end-user technology expertise to enhance developer onboarding, CI/CD workflows, and developer productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, Java, developer tooling, virtualization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines .

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developer platforms, collaboration suites, and infrastructure teams to create seamless developer experiences.

• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, audit, and risk compliance requirements .

• Promote best practices and technical solutions within the developer community through documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers regarding workspace tools and development environments.

• Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python and Java .

• Experience with Full Stack Development and developer productivity tooling .

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices .

• Experience with workspace virtualization, VDI, and developer environment management .

• Familiarity with software deployment tools such as SCCM or similar provisioning systems .

• Experience integrating AI/automation tools into development workflows .

• Strong communication and technical evangelism skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing developer platforms or internal developer portals .

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation .

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise developer environments .

• Strong understanding of secure development practices and governance frameworks .
