Remote / Hybrid Schedule: hybrid – 2 days/week on site (Mondays + Wednesdays)

Strong 10+ year Senior .Net Developer with Microsoft Access/PowerApps experience:

systems are very complicated, their tech stack is intricate, need a senior level developer for this reason

Needs to understand the architecture/have the knowledge behind the development

This is a long term position – need someone willing to come in hit the ground running and also grow into the role willing to learn PowerPlatform if they don't have it already – he's willing to train on this.

Must haves:

10+ years .Net development experience

2 years Microsoft Access Development

Knowledge of and willingness to learn Power Platform

Day to Day:

Support the conversion of legacy Access Databases to .Net and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within Power Apps, Power Pages, and portals.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for current legacy applications in the .NET environment, addressing any issues and implementing necessary updates.

Develop and implement integration solutions with external applications through APIs and other connection methods, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to work effectively within both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Adhere to established development standards, suggesting improvements as needed to enhance the quality and efficiency of the development process.
