New role with one of our healthcare clients in Massachusetts.

100% remote – must work EST

Must be able to convert perm after 6 months without Sponsorship

Must have 10+ years of experience

Must have heavy SQL/SSIS

Must have MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

Must have experience with AI powered platform tools.

Position Overview:

Looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior .NET Developer. Will be the only .NET developer, so strong technical expertise and autonomy are essential. This role goes beyond coding and will also be responsible for high-level system design. Will work with stakeholders to conceptualize what needs to be built, then provide end to end development. Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

Must Haves:

.NET Development

Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to generate, refactor, and optimize production-grade code.

Understanding how AI tools are integrated into the development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Clear understanding of test automation and associated UI testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestCafe).

Strong grasp of database design and optimization techniques.
