SENIOR SALESFORCE BA

Responsibilities

• Creates and refines business requirements, user stories, and documents detailed acceptance criteria of key program stakeholders.

• Documents complex business processes and IT system interactions as part of the requirement elicitation process and assesses the impact.

• Manages all requirements changes throughout the program lifecycle.

• Collaborates with various internal (business customers, IT, program team) and external (suppliers, service integrator, etc.) team members to deliver agreed-upon business requirements.

• Documents key stakeholders and persona impacts for training and change management activities.

• Collaborates with others responsible for the application, design, testing, and implementation of solutions.

• Works with key stakeholders to ensure the solution meets acceptance criteria.
