About the role

Looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support services and internal operations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers.
Looking for 3-5 years of experience in:
ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
