Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead for a highly visible greenfield digital initiative focused on modernizing core enterprise systems. This role involves building a centralized platform to support regulatory and compliance workflows across county, state, and federal levels.
You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, leading technical decisions, and mentoring teams while working on a fast-paced, high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable applications using TypeScript and GraphQL
Build and implement serverless solutions (AWS Lambda)
Lead architecture and technical design discussions
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices
Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliance-driven solutions
Drive improvements in system reliability and data accuracy
Required Skills:
10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Lambda (serverless)
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or SME
Expertise in system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with regulatory/compliance or data-driven systems
Background in retail or agriculture domain
Prior experience in solution architecture
