Senior Software Engineer – Java/Kotlin

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software, working on both greenfield and brownfield projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the platform's evolution while mentoring and guiding the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java/Kotlin.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of live production environments.

• Utilize service-based architectures to enhance system scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes.

• Use monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, OpenSearch) to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience : 5+ years in software development with expertise in Java/JVM/Kotlin.

• Database Skills : Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.

• Version Control : Proficiency with GitHub, Bitbucket, RhodeCode.

• Cloud & DevOps : Experience with AWS/GCP, container orchestration (AWS ECS, AWS EKS, GCP GKE).

• CI/CD : Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools.

• Frameworks : Knowledge of Spring Boot, Ktor.
