Senior Solution Integrator

This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in configuring and managing OneTrust workflows, supervising and supporting existing integrations, and developing new integrations using RESTful APIs. The role requires strong development skills in C# and Python, clear communication, and a solid grasp of the full SDLC, including disciplined work tracking, testing, and documentation practices.

The work spans multiple privacy workstreams: Universal Consent and Preference Management (UCPM), Data Subject Access Right Requests (DSAR), cookie management, and data scanning. Security and privacy must be embedded in every aspect of the work, from design through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage OneTrust workflows across UCPM, DSAR, cookie management, and data scanning workstreams

Supervise and support existing OneTrust integrations, identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving reliability

Assist in architecting and developing integration solutions for vendor systems connecting to OneTrust, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between OneTrust and internal/external systems using RESTful APIs

Write clean, well-structured C# and Python code to support integration logic, automation, and data handling

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations are secure, consistent, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Embed privacy and security controls into all configuration and integration work, including proper handling of personal data

Write and execute unit tests and support UAT to validate that configurations and integrations meet functional and privacy requirements

Track all work in Azure DevOps (ADO), maintaining accurate task status and contributing to sprint activities

Produce clear technical documentation including integration specifications, API documentation, configuration guides, and operational notes

Communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders as needed

Location: Hybrid – New York, NY- 3 days onsite

Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with OneTrust, including workflow configuration and integrations

Must have experience with at least one of the following modules:

UCPM

DSAR

Cookie Management

Data Scanning

Strong REST API development/integration experience

Proficient in C# and Python

6+ years of software development and systems integration experience

Strong SDLC understanding including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Solid understanding of privacy/security principles and handling sensitive data

Experience across multiple OneTrust modules

Experience in regulated industries (utilities, healthcare, etc.)

Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy frameworks

Experience working with legal/compliance/security teams
