Servicenow Architect

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• • Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer, particularly in Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

• • Strong understanding of IT service management and business processes.

• • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Skills and Experience

• • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in ServiceNow environments that have implemented and provided excellent design architecture in areas such ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations etc.

• • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.)

• • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services

• • Experience with architecting or developing solutions within the cloud (AWS)

• • Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

• • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.

• • Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.

• • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to all levels of stakeholders (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.

• • Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value and best practice.

• Preferred Skills:

• • CTA/CMA certified.

• • ITIL Foundation certified.

• • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

• • Certified CSM, ITSM and ITOM Implementation Specialist.

• • Knowledge or experience of Agile or SCRUM.

• • Understanding of Cybersecurity practices and programs

• • Experience in Government Community Cloud

• • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
