ServiceNow Developer

Interview : 1 round, 60-90 minutes
The ServiceNow Analyst will be a part of a team that will manage day to day enhancements and fixes of our ServiceNow platform. Our goal is to bring positive transformative change through innovative HR technology. The squad is small and mighty with 4 BA's a squad leader and a scrum master.
You will be part of a team focused on increasing efficiency and transforming the internal case management tool through technology. You be focused on the enhancements of ServiceNow and will collaborate with business and technology partners to solve issues, deliver enhancements, and provide on-going support in an Agile environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow.
2+ year's experience in JavaScript on ServiceNow platform
5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience and/or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required.
Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Strong written and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in a fast paced, agile environment
