Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• Experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or ServiceNow scripting.

• 1+ year working in Agile

• 1+ year working in JIra

• MUST HAVE at least one: – if not, then must commit to obtaining it within 90 days of starting – non negotiable

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Day to Day:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript.

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Implement user stories and business requirements into scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards and governance.
