• Preferred experience with ServiceNow Modules: IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, Intelligent Apps, Knowledge Management, Service Portals, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Analytics.

• Experience with complex integrations (e.g., VeraSmart, SAP, Clarity) and working with APIs (inbound/outbound).

• Summary:

• Build, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules.

• Perform analysis and refine system requirements and designs.

• Ensure rigorous application of information security policies to ServiceNow delivery.

• Promote ServiceNow update sets and build complex workflows and catalog items.

• Participate in design and code reviews and support complex integrations.

• Identify, develop, deploy, and provide post-implementation support for infrastructure and application technologies.

• Apply principles for designing, developing, optimizing, and integrating systems components.

• Perform prototyping, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation of software applications in an agile environment.

• Work with a cross-functional team to implement and deliver solutions using agile methodologies.
