Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Automate

• Must have a strong understanding of SharePoint site configuration, administration, and content management concepts

• Must have a strong understanding of Power Automate Solutions, action configuration, and development/debugging techniques

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders

• Day to Day

• Solution Development, Support, and Enhancement – Collaborate with the lead expert to understand requirements and assist in the development, maintenance, and support of SharePoint and PowerApps solutions

• Governance Implementation and Maintenance – Assist with SharePoint and Power Platform configuration, reporting, analysis and response

• SharePoint and Power Platform Consulting – Provide guidance to users and teams around best practices and solution approaches

• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance backup and escalation support to SharePoint and Power Platform support team members

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
