Job Title: US - Software Engineer

Location: Remote work allowed; presence in LA, Oakland, or Charlotte is a bonus

Description :

An engineer, who is very familiar and experienced with backend end engineering skills and very hands on. Should have a computer science background. Able to follow through on technical tasks independently with minimal supervision after initial onboarding, with high quality and on time.

Should know Typescript and GQL as a programming language and framework respectively. Experience with Node and CD/CI deployment tools. Hands-on experience using Micro services. Knowledge of Scala and GCP is a plus but not absolutely required. Product engineering experience to build features for customers is a plus.

Collaborates well with other engineers, product managers, and quality engineers in a team based environment. Passionate about delivering product features for customers at scale.

Urgent need to replace resources without impacting project timelines

Looking for mid to senior-level engineers who can work independently and hit the ground running

Candidates must have strong backend engineering experience , especially in TypeScript

Preference for those with React, Node.js, and GraphQL experience

Java experience is acceptable only if paired with solid TypeScript skills

No time for ramp-up—contractors must come in with the required skill set

Backend-focused role with some exposure to frontend development

Most work involves building on top of an existing codebase
