Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a major ERP transformation; SAP HANA; SAP IS-OIL (Industry Solution for Oil & Gas) project in Florida. This role is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ERP solutions using cloud-based technologies such as SAP, AWS and Kubernetes.

• Act as the key technical leader for the transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with a large, cross-functional team (onsite and offshore) to drive the architecture and transformation of business solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for cloud architecture, data management, and enterprise integration.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

• Drive the transformation and implementation of the solution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and meeting client expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the solution by leveraging the latest technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in leading large-scale transformation and implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, including end-to-end implementation and cloud integration.

• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

• Experience working in a hybrid team environment (onsite and offshore teams).

• Strong experience in system integration, enterprise architecture, and transformation initiatives.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.

• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (SAP, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP HANA; SAP IS-OIL; Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Familiarity with containerized applications and microservices architecture.

• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is highly preferred.
