Required Skills:

• JAVA programming experience a must

• Advanced understanding of system architecture and knowledge of software development concepts

• BS in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience

• Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques (e.g., UML) and use case development as well as experience with one or more software development frameworks.

• Understanding and application of Agile concepts such as Scrum/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies

• Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requests.

• Experience working with agile teams on complex projects.

• Possess a deep understanding of the business processes behind the applications.

• Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Be a self-starter needing minimal supervision on medium to large scale projects.

• Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices.

• Collaborate with developers, leadership and other architects to bring strategic technical vision into reality.

• Facilitate/oversees the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are met.

• Work as part of cross-functional Agile and SDLC project teams.

• Influence project scope to deliver effective and efficient solutions in a timely manner.

• Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

• Effectively lead the elicitation and documentation of system requirements and solutions into work products

• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standard.

• Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues.

• Implement proposed solutions using your development experience and integrations knowledge.

• Oversee technical scoping and design through the entire project life cycle from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.

• Participate in research/design of new systems.
