SSIS

To assist in developing and maintaining HIPAA compliant ANSI X12 EDI healthcare transactions for PHC. Responsibilities include programming the federal and/or state mandated transactions and other EDI applications using tools & technologies such as EDI Translators, Microsoft SSIS/SSRS package solutions, Microsoft Transaction SQL blocks and Oracle PL/SQL.

Analyze and ensure efficient transition of all technical design documents and develop various SQL packages to provide support to all EDI applications.

Implement the data models required by the EDI application development team and provide optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.

Understand business requirements and accordingly develop database solutions for EDI application development team.

Browse, create, edit, and delete schema objects on Oracle and Microsoft SQL database servers.

Write server-side Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL server Transaction SQL blocks, edit and debug SQL program units on Oracle and SQL Servers.

Develop SSIS/SSRS packages and ETL solutions to meet business needs

Recommend system enhancements and modifications to improve performance efficiency.

Maintain in-depth knowledge on HIPAA EDI 5010 TR3 technical specifications and the current HIPAA EDI rules from both technical and user perspectives.

Provide training and assistance to less experienced staffs as needed.

Create and maintain documentation for all projects and participate in team meetings, conferences, and problem-solving discussions.
