Sr. Appian Certified Developer

Sr. Appian Certified Developer Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – must be local) Contract: Long-term

Sr. Appian Certified Developer with 1+ year hands-on experience in Appian or low-code platforms, proficient in SAIL, Process Models, RESTful API integrations, Agile methodologies, UI optimization, testing (unit/integration), strong design and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration; Bachelor's degree and Appian Developer Certification required.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Appian Certified Developer to design and build scalable, high-quality Appian applications. This hybrid position requires strong expertise in Appian development and a hands-on approach to delivering solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Appian applications using SAIL and Process Models to address complex requirements.

Create and maintain integrations with external systems via RESTful APIs and other methods.

Optimize UI performance for a seamless user experience.

Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and support CI/CD processes.

Collaborate closely with business analysts and QA to validate requirements and ensure functionality.

Apply Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Provide strong design, development, and analytical input to build efficient, scalable applications.

Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Appian or other low-code platforms.

• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

• Proven skills in application design, development, and problem-solving.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Active or completed Appian Developer Certification required; Senior Developer Certification is a plus.
