Team of 3. Plus offshore resources of 5. Poorna's team manages all the ERP's. Five of them. He has integration partners for each one, plus his team.

For this role Hussmann acquired a company, they run sage erp, and they need to integrate sage in to Hussmann's Infor XA erp systems.

Mostly doing all Production support, keeping the lights on type role. Don't need a heavy hitter. Just a solid technical BA.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. ERP Business Analyst with a strong techno-functional background and hands-on experience supporting multi-ERP environments. This role will be primarily focused on Infor XA enhancements, upgrades, and onboarding a newly acquired company from Sage ERP into our corporate infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Manufacturing processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment balancing production support with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary BA on Infor XA enhancements — gathering requirements, documenting functional specs, and coordinating with development and business stakeholders.

Support the Windows infrastructure upgrade as it relates to ERP application compatibility and testing.

Assist with the upgrade, including gap analysis, regression testing, UAT coordination, and user training.

Lead BA activities for the Sage ERP acquisition integration — assessing current-state processes, mapping data, and supporting migration into our standard ERP infrastructure.

Provide production support and issue resolution across our ERP portfolio (Oracle, Infor XA, Epicor, SAP, Sage, and others).

Work with SQL databases to extract, analyze, and validate data for reporting, migrations, and integrations.

Develop and execute test cases, conduct UAT, and maintain technical and process documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver ERP solutions aligned to business needs.

Ensure ERP processes and configurations comply with SOX, GAAP, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst with a focus on O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing modules.

Hands-on experience with Infor XA is strongly preferred.

Experience with two or more ERP systems from the following: Oracle, Infor XA, Epicor, SAP, Sage, or similar platforms.

Proven experience supporting ERP upgrades and/or system migrations.

Solid technical background in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.

Experience with ERP integrations, data migrations, and API-based connectivity.

Strong communication and documentation skills — able to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Self-starter who can work independently across multiple concurrent projects.

Experience onboarding acquired companies into a parent organization's ERP environment is a plus.

Familiarity with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
