Sr Java Developer

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Senior developer/Tech Lead who needs minimal guidance, takes ownership and can be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions

• Experienced resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MQ, NDM, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies, SQL Java Script, Oracle

• At least 10+ years' experience in information technology, with 2 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience

• Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence

• Application development knowledge and experience

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)

• Experience in application implementation and maintenance

• Experience working with technical design process and models

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Able to lead a small team and gather the status from the team

• Ability to work efficiently in an Onshore-Offshore model

• Desired skills:

• Financial services experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management

• Java web technologies

• Activiti BPM

• MuleSoft
