About the role
Job Description:
Senior Tech BA candidates that have prior financial banking experience. This senior BA/systems analyst role would interact with Business team to understand the high-level requirements and break it down into JIRA user stories, and lead delivery working sessions with technical and QA teams to develop and test.
Experience on the Technical side (API, microservices, backends) with requirements gathering (agile JIRA stories), awareness of API swagger definition, sequence diagrams, backend databases and AWS. Looking for 8 years of relevant experience.
REQUIRED Skills:
Prior Banking Payments experience
Requirements Gathering & JIRA user stories

Technical side candidates (API, Microservices, backend databases, AWS, etc.)

Excellent communication skills and assertive/confident enough to deal with high-level stakeholders, management, and solution architect team.

Able to handle technical discussions in the business unit.
