Sumplr Workforce Systems Analyst
migrating from Symplr Workforce Management to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
18 month contract
hybrid schedule.
Any Visa
Symplr Workforce Management experience is a MUST have for this role.
Strong Symplr Workforce Management (Pay Policies, Rules Engine, Time & Attendance, Scheduling) with SQL/SSIS, payroll integrations, and experience supporting or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Time & Labor).
Job Description:
The Sumplr Workforce Systems Analyst will support a large-scale transformation from Symplr Workforce Management to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Time & Labor). This role will serve as a critical bridge between current-state Symplr systems and the future Oracle platform, ensuring continuity of operations, data integrity, and successful implementation of Time & Attendance and Scheduling capabilities.
Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for Time & Attendance and Staff Scheduling systems

Configure and maintain Symplr Pay Policies, Rules Engine, and Workforce Management modules

Support day-to-day system operations, including troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution

Assist with data validation, system configuration, and testing during migration to Oracle Fusion

Support integrations between Symplr and Payroll systems

Analyze system workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements

Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners

Contribute to documentation, testing cycles, and go-live readiness activities

Support additional enterprise applications as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems

Strong expertise in Symplr Workforce Management, including:

Pay Policies
-
Rules Engine
-
Time & Attendance
-
Scheduling / Staffing / Absence Management
-
Experience supporting system configurations and end-user support
-
Knowledge of SQL and SSIS packages

Experience with Symplr integrations, particularly with Payroll systems

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting or participating in migrations from Symplr to Oracle Fusion / Oracle Time & Labor

Prior experience in healthcare environments

Exposure to ERP or HRIS implementations
