Responsibilities

• Engineer and support SWIFT infrastructure, including Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, and HSM/Alliance Connect.

• Migrate on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments, ensuring security and reliability.

• Maintain and support Linux and Unix-based systems that support messaging infrastructure.

• Develop, debug, and maintain Python-based tools and scripts.

• Integrate with messaging systems such as IBM MQ, AWS SQS/SNS, and RESTful APIs.

• Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA for documentation and collaboration.

• Support the development and consumption of APIs for secure communication.

• Work cross-functionally within an agile team to deliver reliable, scalable messaging solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of errors in real-time environments.

• Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience engineering and supporting SWIFT technologies and infrastructure.

• 2+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

• Cloud migration experience, particularly with infrastructure-related services.

• Middleware and messaging product experience (e.g., IBM MQ, AWS SQS/SNS).

• Strong experience with Python, especially in object-oriented programming.

• Working knowledge of SQL and XML.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Preferred Tools/Technologies:

• SWIFT Alliance suite (Access, Gateway, Cloud, Web Platform)

• HSM and Alliance Connect

• Python, REST API, XML, SQL

• Linux/Unix command line

• JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

• Excel and other documentation/reporting tools

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
