Required Experience
7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager
5+ years of experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle , or similar relational databases
Strong SQL expertise
Experience developing and maintaining complex financial/business applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Key Responsibilities
Lead development of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable software solutions.
Perform systems analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Guide QA throughout development, testing, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot application and database issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, coding standards, and development best practices.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
