Roles and Responsibilities:

• Linux support (Ubuntu/RHEL related products – IDM/Satellite/Centrify)

• Hardware install/break/fix/troubleshoot – Dell/ Cisco UCS/ HPE

• SAN/NAS (Pure/Isilon/Netapp)

• Backup (Commvault/Datadomain)

• Maintain customer-facing, mission-critical 24/7 production services

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot operating systems, networks, and applications

• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance and upgrades, including instance patching and replacement.

• Provide infrastructure-level support for Production, Development, and QA environments

• Drive best practices for operational policies and procedures, including communication, change, and incident management

• Participate in an on-call rotation

• Writing deployment scripts, debugging application issues, and evaluating new technologies.

• Delivering 12x7 operations through a customer-focused approach, including responding to production alerts.

• Implementing system-level and application performance monitoring metrics using various monitoring tools like Elastic Search, Logic Monitor, etc.

Skill/Job Requirements

• • 5 years of experience with Linux support (Ubuntu/RHEL related products – IDM/Satellite/Centrify)

• • 5 years of experience with architecture for SAN/NAS (Pure/Isilon/NetApp)

• • 5 years of experience with Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/KVM) and Backup Software like Commvault

• • Good grasp of fundamental security concepts with hands-on experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements

• • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• • Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative team environment

• • Working knowledge of risk management and standards.

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree, required
