Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Help create, plan and execute comprehensive test plans

• Document and communicate field test results

• Creates installation and support process including comprehensive test results

• Helps defines processes and plans regarding software and hardware field testing

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the software development industry

• 2+ years experience in technical Business Analyst or similar role

• 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Science, or similar

• Excellent planning, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required

• 3-5 years of software testing and the SDLC process

• 1-2 years familiar with hardware installations, deployments, and testing

• 1-2 years familiar with software installation, deployments, and testing

• 1-2 years with familiarity with networking and networking protocols

• 3-5 years managing technical projects
