Technical Business Analyst

5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Agile, Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, SQL queries, use cases, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross departmental teams to transform business requirements into technical requirements

• Work with software engineers and other technology teams to document business needs for digital project deliverables

• Write and maintain software requirements specifications that are clear, complete and executable

• Verify technical design specifications meet user requirements

• Develop a variety of models and diagrams including system context models, data flow diagrams and use case diagrams

• Create user scenarios for user acceptance testing

• Develop deep domain knowledge on key applications

• Partner with the project manager to determine project task estimates, deadlines and deliverables, simultaneously working on multiple projects

• Gain consensus and approval on final requirements

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years of technical business analysis experience

• Experience working of Agile software development methodologies with working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and SQL Server

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Github

• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries

• Experience working with authentication protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect , and multi-factor authentication (MFA) .

• Advanced skills in SQL – able to write complex queries and interpret datasets across relational databases.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles , wireframes, and front-end integration processes.

• Highly analytical and detail oriented

• Extensive experience creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
