Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and document system integrations.

• Analyze and validate API contracts (REST/SOAP), payload mappings (JSON/XML), and integration workflows.

• Troubleshoot integration defects.

• Ensure data consistency and integrity across interconnected systems.

• 5+ years as an Integration Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in integration-heavy environments .

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML.

• Hands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools
