Primary Skill : Information technology experience - 7 - 10 years Demonstrated Technical leadership and mentoring experience. - 1 - 3 years Experience in working with Agile development - 2 years Understanding business needs/requirements, integration with other systems, formulating IT Solutions and improvement of business processes. Directing design, development, and database changes. Good hands-on experience of Java, RDBMS, Cloud AWS/Azure, Application/SQL performance Tuning, Design Patterns Architecture principles, UI technologies (React, AngularJs, Bootstrap etc.). Expertise in XP Practices, Software development methodologies and processes data migration skills, DevSecOps Strong interpersonal, communication collaboration skills. Understanding of applications development environment, database administration design, infrastructure capabilities and constraints. Experience in working on a product team and supporting product design by planning its work, coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver functionality for the complete product or products it supports. Experience in working on a complete product of a broad scope and solving well-defined problems with little guidance. Act as a work lead, providing technical coaching to other engineers and support personnel Secondary Skill : NA Position Specific duties : This position will help GITI MOCI IT product team in Marketing Sales domain to manage end to end solutions, architecture and delivery responsibilities for MOCI Price Authoring product. Act as primary contact for application development team for Technology Architecture decisions queries related to Database, DevSecOps and Architecture for the products. This position will work in alignment with MOCI PA Product teams, EM Solution Architects within MOCI product family Participate in defining and executing technology roadmap, Lead the overall architecture implementation effort by designing robust solution and enhance business value to end customers. This position will work with Architects for improving effectiveness and performance of features and application. Helps team in following XP Practices, Coordination with PO, solution architects during Life cycle of Project. Follow technology best practices, processes for delivering high quality product.
