About the team
Kindle Content(KC) DA team supports Engineering teams (Dev, PM, QA) to manually validate test artefacts across testbeds, softwares, environments, etc. The KC Operations team is aligned under 2 broader span - Publisher Experience (PX) and Non-PX. The PX team is primarily into projects working on enabling Kindle Content format across all surfaces. The team supports programs across Pubtools, Conversion, Rendering, NFCX, SDK and DRM teams. The Non-PX team has a varied charter across Amazon Exports and Expansion (AEE), Amazon EU expansion, Kindle Education, Goodreads, AWS Workspace, Alexa Spokenword and D2AS.

Follows pre-defined SOPs and execute tasks assigned to you on a daily basis.
Executes test cases for small, simple components and/or features related to apps, services, or devices to ensure they are operating as designed.
Meets daily productivity and quality targets.
Logs bugs/failures related to the execution of test instructions and/or quality mechanisms.
Reports and track issues per the service level agreements (SLAs) and defined guidelines.
Contributes to project improvement ideas to simplify the daily routine when applicable.
Tracks daily execution status using recommended tools and techniques, and provide individual status reports.
Basic Qualifications
Education Qualification: Graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience: Fresher's or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English language.
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, General browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE etc.) are required.
Basic knowledge on testing is preferred.
Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required.
High level of energy and proactive nature, sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
