Network Operations Engineer (Day 2 Support) 100% Remote Experience : 5–10 Years Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 production environment. The role focuses on Day 2 operations including troubleshooting, incident management, security operations, network optimization, and automation across multi-vendor platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise routing, switching, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, DNS, WAF, and load balancing environments Manage Cisco & Palo Alto firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network security operations Support Aruba wireless infrastructure, Infoblox DDI, F5 Load Balancers, and Imperva WAF Handle incident response, change management, and operational escalations within SLA timelines Develop and maintain automation scripts/playbooks using Python and Ansible Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to support enterprise initiatives Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
