Your tasks
Ensure production equipment meets required cycle times and quality standards to satisfy customer expectations
Analyze production performance and implement improvements to continuously enhance KPIs, productivity, and cost efficiency
Maintain technical availability of production machines by coordinating with maintenance teams, specialists, and suppliers
Keep all production documentation updated (work instructions, setup instructions, autonomous maintenance, poka-yoke, and process parameters)
Maintain production data in SAP (Bill of Materials, routings, production versions, work centers, Kanban cycles)
Design and maintain production layouts (AutoCAD and on-site) to improve material flow, inventory management, safety, and workplace organization
Support new product launches by participating in the Product Development Process (equipment procurement, FMEA, MTM, ergonomics)
Coordinate engineering changes between customer teams and internal production teams
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and plant standardization projects such as VSM, 6S, TPM
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other Technical Sciences
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
Solid knowledge of automotive industry standards and tools (IATF 16949, VDA, OEE, FMEA, structured problem solving)
Good technical understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and industrial sensors
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluent English (written and spoken)
