Managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers

Developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects or assigned tasks

Coordination of an interdisciplinary technical project team and management of development partners ensuring cost-effective execution and documentation of development projects, in compliance to development milestones, development costs, and technical specification requirements

Aligning concepts for manufacturing processes with production

Supporting the start of series production by implementing the relevant development work

Your Profile

Professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors

Experience in project management

Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers

Experience in using MS Office, MS Project and ideally - CATIA V5

A sense of responsibility and cost awareness

Flexibility and commitment

Experience in teamwork across different time zones
