Mandatory Skills - Strong experience in Test Automation Strategy, Leadership, and Governance. - Expertise in designing and developing scalable and reusable automation frameworks. - Strong experience in Functional, Regression, API, Integration, and End-to-End Automation Testing. - Experience automating Web Applications, APIs, Middleware, Banking Applications, and Microservices. - Solid understanding of banking domain processes, including Core Banking, Payments, Lending, CIF, GL, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, and Financial Transactions. - Strong experience in Test Data Management, including test data provisioning, data masking, synthetic data, and test data automation. - Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines. - Strong knowledge of automation framework architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and performance optimization. - Experience with automated test reporting, dashboards, and automation metrics. - Proven experience leading and mentoring Automation Test Engineers. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .
