Digital CRM Consultant (Ahmedabad)

Role: Digital CRM Consultant Skill Set: MS Dynamics with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate : - Strong knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Mid-level (10-12 years relevant experience) - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, account management, contact management, and policy sales lifecycle - Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development - Experience with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate - Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies - Experience with AI powered sales capabilities within the platform, including copilot, AI Agents, lead qualification, sales automation, and conversational AI (positive to have) .
