About the role
Lead Tableau Developer (812 Years) - Location: Albuquerque, NM (Hybrid) - Experience: 812 years (3+ years in a Lead/Manager role) - Lead enterprise Tableau development, platform governance, and BI delivery. - Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards, workbooks, and data sources. - Administer Tableau Server/Cloud, including performance tuning, security, upgrades, and capacity planning. - Build scalable data models and optimize SQL queries using DB2/SQL Server. - Drive Tableau platform modernization, self-service analytics, and automation initiatives. - Manage end-to-end delivery, backlog, SLAs, incident resolution, and stakeholder communication. - Lead and mentor a team of Tableau developers while ensuring delivery excellence. - Work with AWS services and enterprise healthcare analytics environments. - Hands-on experience with Business Objects, SAS Enterprise Guide, and ServiceNow is preferred. - Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Healthcare domain experience and Tableau certifications are an added advantage.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Notice Period :Immediate to 15days Notice Payroll : Buzzworks Business Services Pvt Ltd Client : Big4 MNC Kindly drop the updated CV:- .
