Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain HRMS platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft). • Support HR workflows through system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. • Collaborate with HR and IT teams on deploying new modules and features. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
