Role & responsibilities : Technical Support Executive | BCA/MCA Freshers | Bangalore | Immediate Joiners Hiring: Technical Support Executive Location: Bangalore Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Compensation: 2.5 3 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Eligibility BCA / MCA graduates (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) Freshers are encouraged to apply Required Skills Basic knowledge or internship/academic exposure to Technical Support Good understanding of SQL Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support SQL certification or any relevant technical certification will be an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving issues Troubleshoot application and software-related problems Execute basic SQL queries for issue analysis and resolution Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs) Interview Process Face-to-face interview is mandatory Candidates should be available to attend the interview in Bangalore.
