Competitive hourly compensation at $73 per hour Long-term project stability with established financial services clients Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Capital Markets technology Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Capital Markets applications and trading platforms Work extensively on Trade Life Cycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting Collaborate with traders, operations, compliance, and technology teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into business solutions Analyze trade flows across asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and Commodities Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery Qualifications Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets domain In-depth understanding of Trade Life Cycle processes Knowledge of financial products including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, and Securities Experience with trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Ready to Apply?
