Work on cutting-edge payment modernization initiatives with a leading financial services client Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic banking environment Contribute to critical ISO 20022 migration projects that shape the future of payments Develop expertise in SWIFT messaging standards and payment processing systems Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for SWIFT payment applications Work with business stakeholders to understand payment workflows and identify process improvements Analyze and map SWIFT MT and MX messages for payment processing Support ISO 20022 migration and payment modernization initiatives Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation Perform data analysis and reconciliation for payment transactions Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support releases Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and internal controls Qualifications 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Financial Services Strong knowledge of SWIFT Payments (MT/MX messages) Experience with ISO 20022 migration projects Experience with payment hubs and transaction processing systems Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ready to Apply?
