Opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in healthcare payer operations. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess existing TriZetto Facets configuration and system setup. Analyze business processes and identify configuration gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points. Recommend and implement configuration changes to improve system performance and operational efficiency. Configure and maintain Facets modules based on business and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather and validate requirements. Conduct impact analysis and support configuration testing, validation, and production deployment. Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Create functional documentation, configuration specifications, and knowledge transfer materials. Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and status meetings. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets Configuration. Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims, membership, benefits, providers, and pricing. Experience configuring Facets modules such as Benefits, Products, Contracts, Pricing, Provider, or Membership. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Facets configuration solutions. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting experience. Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, and post-production support. Preferred: Experience with Facets upgrades, healthcare regulations, Agile environments, SQL, and TriZetto ecosystem tools. Ready to Apply?
