This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to define functional requirements, improve billing processes, and ensure reliable delivery of billing enhancements and releases. Key Responsibilities Act as the SME for PC premium billing lifecycle including invoicing, installment schedules, proration, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and refunds. Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze and validate requirements; facilitate workshops and translate needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with technical teams to configure, enhance and perform impact analysis for Majesco Billing modules and downstream systems (GL, reporting). Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test scenarios, validate results and manage defect resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs/FRDs, process flows, data mappings) and ensure regulatory and audit compliance for billing processes. Qualifications 8–12 years of business analysis experience in the insurance domain with a focus on PC premium billing. Proven, hands-on experience with Majesco Billing and premium billing configurations. Strong understanding of billing concepts, premium calculations and lifecycle events. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Ready to Apply?
