IT/ Information Technology Support Executive

Job Summary The IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless network connectivity, reliable system performance, and timely technical support. The role includes handling email and account management, maintaining telecom and internet infrastructure, and providing first-level IT support to all departments. The position requires a proactive, hands-on professional capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime and quick response are essential. Experience : 2 - 5 years Salary : INR 200,000 - 700,000/year Location : Bengaluru, India Roles and responsibilities Create, manage, and maintain employee email accounts and access rights. Monitor and troubleshoot internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi network issues to ensure continuous connectivity. Coordinate with telecom and internet service providers for setup, renewals, and issue resolution. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT peripherals. Maintain updated records of all IT assets and inventories, including systems, routers, SIMs, and data cards. Provide first-level hardware and software support to users, ensuring quick issue resolution. Assist with regular data backups, antivirus updates, and network security protocols. Support IT infrastructure setup for new projects, departments, or production facilities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth IT operations across all sites reports. Mandatory Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and email systems (Outlook, Office 365, or G Suite). Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and telecom infrastructure. Proven troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience in VPN configuration, firewall management, or basic network security. Familiarity with ERP or production-related IT systems. Experience supporting IT operations in plant or multi-site environments.
