Project Management Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs Location : Bidadi Designation : Engineer - Project Management Key Responsibilities : Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting of Vehicle Connected issues and improving network systems. Coordinate with TechOps teams to handle network-related tickets and issues, ensuring that incidents are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to handle day-to-day network operations and address any service interruptions or issues related to vehicle connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ISPs, ensuring the smooth operation of data transfer, voice communication, and connectivity for connected vehicles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and testing teams, to support vehicle testing activities and ensure network systems work as intended. Provide regular reports on project milestones, testing progress, encountered issues, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. Collaborate with senior engineers/ External stakehdolers to debug the logs to track down network and system failures. Manage SIM card activations with ISPs, ensuring that they are properly configured and activated on time for seamless network connectivity. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide progress reports and update day-to-day activities. Required Skills : Knowledge of communication protocols such as 2G, 4G, and 5G. Understanding of vehicle networking, V2X technologies, and embedded systems. Awareness of automotive cybersecurity, with a focus on connected technologies and secure data exchange. Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively. Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
