About the program About EduRankAI EduRankAI is developing intelligent technologies across engineering, advanced manufacturing, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and scientific research. The Chemical Engineering Internship provides students with practical exposure to process engineering, chemical process design, industrial operations, energy systems, materials processing, environmental sustainability, and process optimization. Interns will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges, improve process efficiency, and contribute to innovative technology development. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the design and optimization of chemical processes and industrial systems. Support process simulation, performance analysis, and engineering calculations. Conduct research on sustainable manufacturing and green chemical technologies. Assist in material selection and chemical process evaluation. Participate in laboratory studies, prototype development, and process validation where applicable. Prepare process flow diagrams PFDs, engineering documentation, and technical reports. Support quality assurance, safety assessments, and process improvement initiatives. Analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on product and technology development. Participate in technical discussions, project reviews, and engineering presentations. Knowledge of Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, Python, AutoCAD, COMSOL, process simulation software, or industrial process analysis tools will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
