About the program EduRankAI is an Artificial Intelligence, Education Technology, Research, and Enterprise Technology organization developing intelligent digital platforms, enterprise software, and technology solutions for academia, industry, government, and global organizations. The Materials Science Engineering Internship provides practical exposure to the design, characterization, processing, testing, and application of engineering materials used across aerospace, automotive, electronics, biomedical, energy, manufacturing, and advanced industrial systems. Interns will contribute to projects involving metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, nanomaterials, semiconductors, biomaterials, and sustainable materials while supporting innovation in nextgeneration engineering technologies. Working alongside engineering, research, manufacturing, product development, quality assurance, and technology teams, interns will gain handson experience in material selection, laboratory characterization, failure analysis, manufacturing processes, and advanced materials engineering while strengthening their understanding of modern material science and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities Assist in material selection and engineering design projects. Support material characterization, testing, and performance evaluation. Participate in research involving metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, and advanced materials. Assist in mechanical, thermal, electrical, and chemical property analysis. Support failure analysis and material reliability investigations. Participate in manufacturing process optimization through material engineering. Assist in laboratory experimentation, testing, and validation activities. Support quality control, inspection, and material certification processes. Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and laboratory records. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, research, AI, and product teams on live projects. Stay updated with advancements in nanotechnology, smart materials, biomaterials, sustainable materials, and advanced manufacturing. Perform additional materials engineering assignments as required.
