About the role
Splunk Engineer
Looking for a Splunk Engineer with 4+ years of Splunk experience and strong Splunk Admin skills. Must have expertise in Python, PowerShell, Regex, SQL, and Data Mining. Responsibilities include designing and developing Splunk dashboards, managing integrations, performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. US Health Plan experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Participate in dashboard requirement discussions with business stakeholders. Develop solution designs and implementation approaches based on business needs. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and clarify specifications. Support the creation of functional breakdown structures and technical task planning. Provide effort estimates for assigned features and enhancements. Guide and mentor development team members on Splunk best practices. Design, develop, and implement Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts. Configure and manage Splunk forwarders, integrations, and custom scripts. Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and implement performance improvements and optimization opportunities. Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. Certifications Mandatory Splunk Certified Power User
